How to Submit an Abstract​

Authors should submit a 400 to 500 word summary to the organizer of the student seminar (hysms@hanyang.ac.kr). The summary should contain introduction, description of work, results and conclusion followed by references cited in the text. No tables and figures are to be included.

Acceptance will be based on review of technical contents of the prospective paper. Submission procedures can be found in the NTHAS-13 website (https://www.nthas13.org/student-seminar). The deadline of submission is September 15 (extended).​​

Seminar Registration​

Registration will start on September 9, 2024, via a Google form distributed to attendees.

Registration fee for the student seminar program is KRW 200,000. Payment method follows the procedure stated on the NTHAS-13 official website. Registration fee includes banquet and luncheon.
